Who is Roundpoint?

Roundpoint is an outsourced third party Mortgage servicing company. As United Security Financial provides the funds for your loan/mortgage, we do not collect your payments directly. Roundpoint is a USF partner that does the servicing side for USF. For the life of your loan with USF your payments will be paid through Roundpoint and their operating system, ultimately paying off your loan/mortgage with United Security. Please contact Roundpoint Customer service with any payment inquiries.
