4 Quick Steps to Your New Home

Application / Loan Type

1. Choose your loan type (See Below). 2. Basic information is all we need to get you approved for a new loan on your new home.  


An underwriter will have an approval on a new loan  within 24-48 hours from application


Our goal is to have you closed within 14 days from your original application.

Funded = Move In

Our Quick Fund process allows you to get into your new home faster. 


Loans Specific to Veterans. These often offer the best deal for past military personnel both active and retired qualify.


Standard home loans for all non-military personnel. These loans typically have an MIP/PMI (mortgage insurance) up until 80% of loan to value is met. 


Requires a 20% down payment. Conventional eliminates the cost of MIP/PMI payments included in most mortgages. This loan results in more cash to the loan principle monthly. 

Fixed Rate

Locks in your rate for life of the loan with no changes to the rate unless refinanced. 

ARM rate
